Do you offer budget-friendly items?

Yes! We have a dedicated “Budget Animatronics” section for those looking to haunt on a budget—without sacrificing the scare factor.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our lair in Austin, Texas, to most of the world—unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to Asia or certain remote regions.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Then:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days with DHL or FedEx
• Free Shipping (on orders over $50): 15-25 days with EMS

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

If your item isn’t as gory or terrifying as you expected, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Contact us at [email protected] to start the process. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Yes! We happily offer exchanges for items in original condition. Let us help you get the right prop to perfect your nightmare.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship worldwide except Asia and some remote locations. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We love helping haunters and event planners! While automatic discounts aren’t listed, feel free to reach out to us for custom pricing on large or professional orders.
