Pricing and Payment

Order Processing

Shipping

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment.
  2. Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50). Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and certain remote regions. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges
